As our business has grown, we’ve gathered a lot of data on specific towns. As most of our readers know, we’re snowboarders, so a lot of the clients we attract are, surprise… skiers and snowboarders.
Because of that, we end up doing a ton of business in a handful of places. We help people buy all over Japan, and there’s not a prefecture we haven’t worked in yet (besides Okinawa… hoping to check that one off this year).
But naturally, we’ve gone deeper in a few key towns, namely Otaru, Myoko, Asahikawa, Iiyama, and Inawashiro, to name a few.
So we’ve started building investment guides for each of these areas. They take a lot of time, really getting to know the market, how it operates, what actually matters on the ground.
These guides are literally years worth of knowledge and data complied. We put everything we can into these.
