Nippon Homes is a real estate listing aggregation platform that provides English-language access to Japanese property listings. We aggregate publicly available listing data from Japanese real estate websites and present it with translations, analytics, and search tools. Nippon Homes is not a real estate agency and does not directly sell, lease, or manage properties.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Nippon Homes offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Listing Data and Accuracy

Property listings displayed on Nippon Homes are aggregated from third-party sources. While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Translations are generated using AI and may contain errors. Always verify property details directly with the listing source or a qualified real estate professional before making any decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without express permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding third-party listing data), is owned by Nippon Homes and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nippon Homes is not a licensed real estate broker and does not provide real estate advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nippon Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
