This Is How We Help Clients Actually Make Money in Japan
If your interested in Otaru read this article...
When you work with us, you’re not just getting someone to hold your hand through a home purchase.
If you already know exactly what you want and where you want it, great. We can absolutely hold your hand and make the process seamless.
But if you’re looking for more , a ski house with real rental potential, a Tokyo neighborhood that has the best price-to-location ratio, or just help deciding on where to buy in Japan, that’s where we really shine.
We help our clients see what most buyers miss.
Especially when it comes to Airbnb potential.
I’ve been investing in real estate in the U.S. for the past 8 years, everything from long-term rentals to short-term Airbnb’s and now I do the same thing in Japan. Every day I’m analyzing pricing, demand, seasonality, and ROI to find where the numbers actually work.
So when clients ask where to buy, we don’t guess.
We look at the data.
The client below was deciding between two homes in two different neighborhoods, Otaru and Teine. The homes had very different price points, rental dynamics and potential renovation costs.
On the surface, both looked good. But once we broke down occupancy, nightly rates, seasonality, and long-term upside, the decision became much clearer.
At the end of the day, the choice is always yours.
But having the right information makes all the difference.
Unfortunately it doesn’t let me upload PDFs here in a view format, if it did those titles for each comparable property are links to the referenced Airbnb.
